hiding the glittering form,
whenever it shines
full on earth

Also lots of modern and contemporary artists, hit by its particular sparkling quality, made silver as a protagonist of some of their works. This reference continued also by the use of sparkling chrome and steel.
The silver element connects works and artists in this exhibition.
Italian artists like Franco Grignani, Arturo Vermi, Turi Simeti, Clino Trini Castelli, sculptors like Carmelo Cappello and Pietro Consagra, designers like Gio Ponti, Lino Sabattini – with more classical silver objects, as the table services – but also for decor elements such as lamps, in big dimentions also, chairs, tables, panels to which silver is combined to transparent and for that times other innovative materials from artists like Carla Venosta and Nanda Vigo.
